Collaborative Divorce
A better way for your family. Dawn uses Collaborative Divorce to facilitate more mutually satisfying results for her clients. In the Collaborative Divorce process both lawyers commit themselves to achieving a settlement for their clients without the intervention of the courts. Negotiations are conducted in a principled, dignified, and respectful manner. The clients and the lawyers sign an agreement confirming that they will not take the case to court.
In contested court proceedings, clients give their decision-making power over to a judge.

This may have permanent consequences for clients and their families. Conversely, the Collaborative Divorce process gives clients full control in determining the results obtained in their divorce. |
